Οστεοαρθρίτιδα γόνατος με λιπώμα και αύξηση μεγέθους: Χρειάζεται χειρουργείο;
Έχω οστεοαρθρίτιδα γόνατος αλλά πριν το καλοκαίρι διαγνώστηκε ένα λιπωμα στο επάνω μέρος γόνατος , είναι πρησμένο και αυτό μεγαλώνει χωρίς πόνο, αλλά μια αίσθηση καψίματος και φαγούρας είναι κάποιες φορές επώδυνο. Βάζω πάγο και ηρεμεί κάπως, το λιπωμα ήταν αρχικά σαν ένα φασόλι περίπου, τώρα όπως φαίνεται είναι σαν μισό (καρύδι π.χ ) σημαίνει ότι χρειάζεται χειρουργική αφαίρεση;

Αν είναι όντως λίπωμα χειρουργική αφαίρεση προτείνεται μόνον αν τα συμπτώματα είναι ανυπόφορα για τον ασθενή. Ωστόσο (επαναλαμβάνω αν είναι όντως λίπωμα) είναι μία σχετικά απλή επέμβαση.
