Πρέπει να κάνω χειρουργείο για τρεις κήλες στη μέση λόγω πολεμικών τεχνών;
Γεια σας είμαι 17 έχω τρεις κήλες στη μέση λόγω πρωτάθλητισμου στις πολεμικές τέχνες ίσως χρειαστεί να παρατήσω το άθλημα μου και υπάρχουν προτάσεις για εγχείρηση πίστευετε πρέπει να προχωρήσω σε χειρουργειο; Έχω εδώ και ένα μισή χρόνο πρόβλημα και γινετια όλο και χειρότερο

Δεν εξηγείτε ποιο είναι το πρόβλημα, αλλά αν δεν είναι μόνιμη αδυναμία στο ένα ή και τα δύο πόδια, θα έλεγα να αποφύγετε την εγχείρηση. Φυσικά αν ήταν περίπτωση συνδρόμου ιππουρίδος (όταν επηρεάζεται το ουρογεννητικό) η εγχείρηση θα ήταν επείγουσα (εντός 24ώρου), αλλά προφανώς δεν είναι αυτό το πρόβλημα.
Όσοι έχουν κάνει εγχείρηση στη μέση σε τόσο νεαρή ηλικία, από την προσωπική μου εμπειρία, έχουν πιθανώς μία βελτίωση για κάποια χρόνια και μετά ο πόνος επανέρχεται και το πρόβλημα είναι πιο δύσκολο.
