Είναι αποτελεσματική η θεραπεία για κονδυλώματα HPV σε νεαρή ηλικία;
Λοιπόν, είχα μια επαφή χωρίς προφύλαξη, δυστυχώς έγινε αυτό που φοβόμουν, όταν μετά την πάροδο κάποιων μηνών, έκανα τεστ Παπ, αυτό με έδειξε θετική στον HPV, έκανα και DNA test και βγήκα θετική σε κάποιους τύπους πλην των 16 και 18 που είναι οι πιο επικίνδυνοι. Δεν είχα εμβολιαστεί μέχρι τότε. Επειδή είμαι σε νεαρή ηλικία, έκανα το εμβόλιο που μου συνέστησε ο γιατρός το Gardasil 9. Όμως ενώ έβαλα μυαλό και δεν ξαναέκανα το ίδιο λάθος, 9 μήνες από την επαφή αυτή, παρατηρώ ότι στο εσωτερικό του αιδοίου έχει δημιουργηθεί μια τραχεία μάζα, με μικρά σπυράκια/ελιές θα έλεγα στο χρώμα του δέρματος δεν με ενοχλούν όμως απλά είναι σαν το σχήμα του σταφυλιού. Και πολύ φοβάμαι ότι είναι κονδυλώματα. Ήθελα να ρωτήσω, εφόσον πάω στο γιατρό και με δει, η θεραπεία σε αυτό το στάδιο είναι αποτελεσματική; πόσο συχνός είναι ο υποτροπιασμός; Τέλος να πω ότι είμαι 25 χρονών, δεν καπνίζω και δεν πίνω.
