Ακούω παλμούς στο αυτί μετά από έναρξη θεραπείας με dulsevia, τι να κάνω;

Ακούω τους παλμούς μου στο αυτί μου από τότε που ξεκίνησα αντικαταθλιπτική θεραπεία με dulsevia. Στην αρχή ήταν μόνο τις πρωινές ώρες αλλά τώρα συμβαίνει συχνά και κατά τη διάρκεια της υπόλοιπης ημέρας. Τι να κάνω?
