Αυξημένες τιμές τροπονίνης και NT-proBNP σε υπερτροφική μυοκαρδιοπάθεια 45χρονου άνδρα
Καλησπέρα σας Είμαι άνδρας 45 ετών κ εδώ κ 3 χρόνια έχω διαγνωστεί με υπερτροφική μυοκαρδιοπάθεια. Φυσικά με παρακολουθεί καρδιολόγος έχω κάνει διάφορες εξετάσεις όπως μαγνητική καρδιάς κάθε χρόνο τρίπλεξ κ καρδιογράφημα τα οποία βγαίνουν παθολογικά συνώνυμα της πάθησης. Από φάρμακα παίρνω μόνο χάπι για πίεση κ χοληστερίνη τα οποία τα έπαιρνα κ πριν τη διάγνωση. Σήμερα έκανα αιματολογικές σε τροπονίνη όπου βγήκε 120 κ nt pro bnp 564.9 αυτό με έχει αγχώσει αρκετά διότι πριν 2 χρόνια που είχα ξανακάνει τις ίδιες εξετάσεις η τροπονίνη ήταν 62 κ το άλλο 117 κ θα ήθελα να ρωτήσω αν αυτό είναι ένδειξη ότι η νόσος προχωράει γρήγορα. Κ κάποιες περισσότερες πληροφορίες στο τι δείχνουν ακριβώς αυτές οι εξετάσεις....! Ευχαριστώ πολύ εκ των προτέρων!
