Η Φιναστερίδη 1mg επηρεάζει τις τιμές PSA σε άντρα 42 ετών με υπερπλασία προστάτη;
Χαίρεται. Είμαι άντρας, 42 ετών. Σε εξετάσεις που έκανα διαγνώσθηκα με υπερπλασία προστάτη 28,5 εκ.και PSA 1,20. Ο ουρολογος πρότεινε να μην μου δώσει φαρμακευτική αγωγή προς το παρόν,επειδή τα συμπτώματα δεν είναι έντονα, απλά να ελέγχω ετησίως το PSA. Πρόσφατα,επισκέφθηκα κλινική μεταμόσχευσης μαλλιών για την τριχόπτωση μου και μου πρότειναν να πάρω εφ'ορου ζωής Φιναστερίδη 1mg ημερησίως. Πιστεύετε ότι θα επηρεάσει/αλλοιώσει τις τιμές του PSA ,που πρέπει να κάνω ετησίως;
