Πόνος σαν σουβλιά κάτω από αριστερό πλευρό μετά από άσκηση μονόζυγου

Καλησπέρα. Νιώθω κάτω απ' το αριστερό πλευρό έναν πόνο σαν σουβλιά. Όπως όταν έχουμε τρέξει πολλή ώρα. Δεν είναι συνεχόμενος. Έρχεται και φεύγει. Επίσης αν πιέσω με το χέρι μου όταν είμαι ξαπλωμένος και χαλαρός νιώθω πάλι τον πόνο. Υπάρχει περίπτωση να είναι κάτι πολύ σοβαρό; Πόσο καιρό να το παρακολουθήσω; Να προσθέσω ότι γυμνάζομαι με μονόζυγο οπότε αν είναι κάτι μυϊκό στους κοιλιακούς δεν έχει ξεκουραστεί ώστε να δω διάφορα. Ευχαριστώ
