Τι σημαίνει η παρατήρηση ολιγάριθμων λεμφαδένων στη μεσεντερική πλευρά του τυφλού;
Ολιγάριθμοι λεμφαδένες παρατηρήθηκαν κατά τη μεσεντερικη πλευρά του τυφλού ενδεχομένως αντιδραστικης αρχής κ βραχείας διαμέτρου ολίγων χιλιοστών. Όταν έκανα αυτή την αξονική είχα αδενωματωδη πολύποδα στο τυφλό ο οποίος μετά αφαιρέθηκε και η βιοψία έδειξε ότι ήταν in situ καρκίνωμα! Επόμενες βιοψίες στο σημείο του πολύποδα καθαρές! Τι σημαίνει όμως ότι παρατηρήθηκαν ολιγάριθμοι λεμφαδένες;

Οι οιλγάριθμοι λεμφαδένες την εν λόγω περιοχή θα πρέπει να αξιολογηθούν ανάλογα και με το μέγεθος τους (> 10 mm?). Η περιγραφή που δίνετε πάντως δεν είναι περιγραφή κακοήθειας.
