Είναι αποτελεσματική η δεύτερη δόση Bexsero 3 χρόνια μετά την πρώτη;
Καλημέρα! Έχω εμβολιασει το παιδί μου με μια δόση bexsero στην ηλικία των 3 περίπου ετών..Έχει περάσει σχεδόν από τότε μια 3ετια..πρόσφατα πληροφορήθηκα ότι η δεύτερη δόση πρέπει να γίνει γύρω στο 6μηνο για να παράγει το μεγιστο αριθμό αντισωματων ..ισχύει κάτι τετοιο; αν κάνω τώρα τη δεύτερη δόση το παιδί δε θα είναι τόσο καλυμμένο όσο αν θα την είχε κάνει νωρίτερα; Σας ευχαριστώ εκ των προτερων!

Το ιδανικό μεσοδιάστημα είναι όντως οι 2 μίνες για ΡΗ δεύτερη δόση .Όμως σε κάθε περίπτωση θα πρέπει να κάνετε τη δεύτερη δόση έστω και τώρα και θα μπορούσατε να κάνετε και έλεγχο αντισωμάτων σε επόμενη αιμοληψία ( αν και δεν είναι απαραίτητο).

Με το που θα γίνει τώρα η δόση θα είναι σχεδόν το ίδιο καλυμμένο από το αν την είχε λάβει στο 6μηνο μετά την πρώτη δόση. Υπάρχει ανοσολογική μνημη

Μπορειτε χωρις αγχος να κανετε τη 2η δοση , χωρις να σας ανησυχει το διαστημα που περασε απο την 1η δοση
