Γαστροσκόπηση: Ελικοβακτηρίδιο, γαστρίτιδα και ΓΟΠ - να ανησυχώ για υποτροπή?

Στη γαστροσκοπηση που έκανα βρέθηκε ελικοβακτηριδιο το οποίο έκανε ήπια γαστριτιδα και γαστροοισοφαγικη παλινδρομηση πηρα αγωγή με αντιβίωση και έκανα εξέταση κοπράνων η οποία βγεικε αρνητική έχουν αρχίσει όμως πάλι ενοχλήσεις στο στομάχι μου να ανησυχώ? Υπάρχει περίπτωση να υποτροπιασε? Σας ευχαριστώ

  • Το ελικοβακτηρίδιο είναι υπεύθυνο για συμπτώματα μόνο στο 10% όσων έχουν δυσπεψία. Επίσης ΔΕΝ είναι αιτία για παλινδρόμηση. Στην πλειοψηφία των περιπτώσεων το μικρόβιο αυτό δεν προκαλεί συμπτώματα. Η ανάγκη να εκριζωθεί όταν εντοπισθεί έχει να κάνει με το ότι αποτελεί παράγοντα που προκαλεί κακοήθειες σε βάθος χρόνου. Τα ενοχλήματα που έχετε προφανώς οφείλονται σε άλλη αιτία.
