Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) nexium

Είναι ασφαλές να πάρω Nexium και Algoral χωρίς γαστροσκόπηση;

Είμαι 32 ! Είπα στο γιατρό γαστρεντερολόγο συμπτώματα (ανακατωσούρα, ναυτία, ενόχληση στο πίσω του θώρακος, πολύ ρέψιμο και περιττά κιλά) ο γιατρός μου πρότεινε nexium δύο φορές την ημέρα πριν φαγητό πρωί βράδυ και algoral protect μετά το φαγητό και πριν τον ύπνο για 14 ημέρες ! Μετά επίσκεψη αν δεν έχω καλυτερέψει για γαστροσκόπηση !! Θεωρείται είναι οκ; χωρίς να έχω κάνει γαστροσκόπηση για αρχή ;!

  • Η γαστροσκόμηση είναι απαραίτητη. Αν η αγωγή σεδ έχει ανταπόκριση χρειάχεται μια λαπαροσκοπική αντιμετώπιση της νόσου.

  • Καλησπέρα, θεωρώ πως πρέπει να γίνει πρώτα ή γαστροσκόπηση και μετα να ξεκινήσει μια θεραπεία με nexium. Οπότε, ΌΧΙ, εγώ δεν το θεωρώ οκ. Πρώτα γίνεται η γαστροσκόπηση, και μετά αποφασίζουμε.
