Είμαι 24 χρονών με κόμπο στο λαιμό και γαστρίτιδα, μπορεί να οφείλεται στο άγχος;

Είμαι 24 χρονών και έχω εδώ και 6 μέρες ένα κόμπο στο λαιμό ψιλά ψιλά σχετικά. Μπορεί να σχετίζεται ο οισοφάγος έχω γαστρίτιδα και παλινδρόμηση πολύ. Έχω κάνει και υπέρηχο θυροειδούς πριν 8 μήνες και ήταν οκ. Μπορεί να είναι το άγχος;
