Τα μόνα ασφαλή που μπορούν να συσταθούν εξ'αποστάσεως είναι Smecta ή Tasectan (3-4 τη μέρα) για τις διάρροιες και ηλεκτρολύτες Almora (1-2 τη μέρα αναλόγως αριθμού διαρροιών). Η συμβουλή μου όμως είναι ότι καλόν είναι να σας δει γιατρός ή τουλάχιστον να μιλήσετε τηλεφωνικά.
