Καλημέρα έχω 70 μέρες χειρουργείο ρήξη συνδέσμου αστραγάλου 3ου βαθμού και άκρος πόδος με εξωτερική οστεοσύνθεση ποδοκνημικής και διαδερμικές βελόνες έγινε αφαίρεση υλικών εχθές ο γιατρός στο νοσοκομείο είπε μποτά και πλήρη ακινησία 1 μήνα ακόμα ο ιδιώτης που πήγα με την ίδια ακτινογραφία είπε σιγά σιγά φόρτιση και κινήσεις για να μην πάθει ατροφία ο έξω σφυρός έχει θρέψη οι σύνδεσμοι όχι ακόμα τι να κάνω
