Τι να κάνω για κρακ στον αστράγαλο μετά από εξάρθρωση και οστεοαρθρίτιδα;
Καλησπέρα πριν ένα χρόνο είχα εξάρθρωση αστραγάλου και κάταγμα έξω σφυρού έγινε επανατοποθέτησή του αστραγάλου και τοποθέτηση λάμας και βίδες στον έξω σφυρό η μια βίδα αφαιρέθηκε σχεδόν στους 2,5 μήνες τον τελευταίο καιρό στη βάδιση ακούω και νιώθω ένα κρακ και όχι μόνο στη βάδιση αλλά και όταν κάνω κυκλική κίνηση του αστραγάλου ο ορθοπαιδικός στο ΙΚΑ μου είπε ότι μάλλον πιέζεται νεύρο από μαγκώνει και ότι στη διετία πρέπει να βγει η λάμα εγώ όμως έχω οστεοαρθρίτιδα λόγω Λύκου και φοβάμαι να μπω σε αυτήν τη διαδικασία αφού είμαι υπερκινητικός άνθρωπος τι μπορώ να κάνω τι προτείνετε; Να σας πω ότι δεν με πονάει στο σημείο που γίνεται το κρακ αλλά κάποιες φορές με καίει στο σημείο που είναι η λάμα
