Συμβουλές για κάταγμα έξω σφυρού με νάρθηκα αεροθάλαμου και πόνο
Καλησπέρα σας. Πριν από μία εβδομάδα έπαθα κάταγμα έξω σφυρού μη παρεκτοπισμένο. Ο ιδιώτης γιατρός μετά από τέσσερις μέρες που μου το είχε δέσει με δύο είδη επιδέσμων, μου έβαλε έναν νάρθηκα με αεροθάλαμο (όχι γύψο νάρθηκα ή μπότα) κ μου είπε να αρχίσω να το πατάω λίγο λίγο με τις πατερίτσες. Σε 15 μέρες μου είπε δε θα τις χρειάζομαι κ για αυτό δεν μου συνέστησε αντιπηκτικές ενέσεις. Μια φορά που δοκίμασα να το πατήσω πόνεσα πολύ. Παντού διάβασα για ακινησία, ανύψωση κ πάγο. Ζω στην επαρχία κ θα περάσουν λίγες μέρες μέχρι να βρω ραντεβού σε ορθοπεδικό στο νοσοκομείο. Θα ήθελα τη συμβουλή σας μέχρι να πάρω μια δεύτερη γνώμη. Ευχαριστώ

Πιθανόν για να το χειρίζεται τόσο επιθετικά να πρόκειται για κάποιο πολύ απλό ρωγμωδες κάταγμα
Κατά κανόνα πάντως στα κατάγματα των άρθρων εφαρμόζουμε μια περίοδο 4-6 εβδομάδων με νάρθηκα κ σχετική αποφόρτιση
