Πριν από 45 χρόνια είχα ένα κάταγμα στον αστράγαλο με βίδα την οποία δεν την έχω βγάλει ..πήγα σε γιατρό και έχω μεταχειριτική αρθρίτιδα υποφέρω από τον πόνο ..έκανα μια ένεση με υαλουρονικό δεν έχω δει καμία βελτίωση ..και με την δουλειά που κάνω το επιβαρύνω ακόμα πιο πολύ (είμαι αγρότης )μπορείτε να μου προτείνετε κάτι;
