Διαστρεμμα και 4 παλιά κατάγματα: Πρέπει να κάνω μαγνητική;

Καλησπέρα πριν 8 μέρες έπαθα διαστρεμα σήμερα που πήγα να το δουν με καναν αξονική και βρήκαν 4 κατάγματα παλιά πριν χρόνια είχα χτυπήσει τώρα μου είπαν να κάνω μαγνητική...τώρα φοράω γύψο νάρθηκα και μου είπαν να το πατάω λίγο με τις πατερίτσες
