Πόσο καιρό να φοράω νάρθηκα μετά από διάστρεμμα και πότε μπορώ να οδηγήσω;
Καλημέρα σας!!!!Ελπίζω όλοι να είστε καλά,έπαθα διάστρεμμα πριν μιάμιση εβδομάδα,για 3 μέρες χρησιμοποιούσα και πατερίτσες ,πιο πολύ για να ανεβαίνω τη σκάλα μη το ζοριζω.Φοραω νάρθηκα όλη την ημέρα . Η ερώτηση μου είναι :θα φοράω νάρθηκα μέχρι και το τέλος της 6ης εβδομάδας ανάρρωσης η όχι? Επίσης πότε θα μπορώ να οδηγήσω?Τέλος 6ης βδομάδας η νωρίτερα? Ευχαριστώ εκ των προτέρων!

Συνήθως γίνεται κάποιος ενδιάμεσος επανέλεγχος προτού τις 6 εβδομάδες κ αποφασίζεται αν θα συνεχιστεί ή όχι η εφαρμογή του νάρθηκα.
Για οδήγηση με το νάρθηκα η απάντηση είναι κατηγορηματικά όχι , κ το πότε τελικά θα οδηγήσετε εξαρτάται από το πότε θα αποκατασταθεί η βάδιση.
(Συνήθως οδηγεί κάνεις αφού καταφέρει το περπάτημα)
