Καλησπέρα σας, είμαι 42 ετών και έχω ένα ινομύωμα 3, 5 εκατοστά ενδοτοιχωματικό. Είχα και μια αποβολή στην 5η εβδομάδα κύησης. Ποια μέθοδος θεωρείται ασφαλής για την αφαίρεση του; Δεν έχω ακόμα παιδάκια.

Καλησπέρα σας. Εάν το ινομυωμα δεν αλλοιώνει την ανατομία της ενδομητρικης κοιλότητας θα μπορούσε να βγει λαπαροσκοπικά. Το θέμα όμως είναι να ζυγιστεί σωστά η επιθυμία σας για γονιμότητα με το αν όντως χρήζει αφαίρεσης αυτό το ινομυωμα. Αυτό δεν μπορώ δυστυχώς να σας το απαντήσω εάν δεν σας έχω εξετάσει ο ίδιος.
