Γιατί ο γιατρός μου κάνει κάθε έξι μήνες κολποσκόπηση; Υπάρχει περίπτωση να εμφανιστούν πολύποδες σε αυτό το χρονικό διάστημα ξανά; Έχω αφαίρεσαν 2 φορές σε διάστημα 6 μηνων

Καλησπέρα. Η κολποσκόπηση είναι μια εξέταση που γίνεται για να ελεγχθεί ο τράχηλος της μήτρας, συνήθως για την παρακολούθηση πιθανών αλλοιώσεων από τον HPV. Δεν γίνεται για την παρακολούθηση πολυπόδων, οι οποίοι βρίσκονται συνήθως στο εσωτερικό της μήτρας ή στον τράχηλο, αλλά αφαιρούνται και παρακολουθούνται με διαφορετικούς τρόπους.
