Πόνος στον αφαλό με βαθύ μπαλάκι σαν σμήγμα - Τι να κάνω;

Πονάει εδώ και δύο εβδομάδες ο αφαλός μου σαν να νιώθω τραβήγματα εντωμεταξυ δεν μπορώ να τον καθαρίσω με μπατονετα φοβάμαι γιατί είναι λίγο βαθύς και έχω κοιλιά και έχει ψιλοκλεισει....βλέπω όμως ένα μικρό μπαλάκι μέσα βαθυα σαν σμήγμα......
