Υπάρχει κίνδυνος να ανοίξουν τα ράμματα μετά από ολική περιτομή λόγω νυχτερινών στύσεων;

Καλημέρα. Έκανα χθες περιτομή ολική και 30 ράμματα περίπου. Τώρα φοράω γάζα και θα την βγάλω το βράδυ όπως μου είπε. Το πρόβλημα είναι ότι από τη πρώτη νύχτα ξυπνάω από τις στύσεις. Φοβάμαι μην γίνει κάποια ζημιά με τα ράμματα. Υπάρχει κίνδυνος να ανοίξουν και να έχω αιμορραγία? Υπάρχει κάποιος τρόπος να αποφύγω τις νυχτερινές στύσεις? Ευχαριστώ
