Πρόβλημα στύσης μετά από ολική περιτομή: Έλλειψη δέρματος;

Καλησπέρα. Έκανα ολική περιτομή πριν ένα μήνα περίπου. Μέχρι σήμερα δεν είχα ολική στύση, σήμερα αφού είχα ολική καταλαβαίνω ότι το πέος δεν έχει άλλο δέρμα για να τραβήξει και να μεγαλώσει όσο πρέπει να μεγαλώσει. Ένιωθα ότι θέλει να ξεριζώσει και να τραβήξει όλο το δέρμα, τι γίνεται σε αυτήν την περίπτωση;
