Πόνος στην ούρηση μετά από επέμβαση φίμωσης, πρόβλημα προστάτη;

Καλησπέρα σας, πριν περίπου 8 χρόνια είχα φίμωση και έκανα επέμβαση, το τελευταίο διάστημα έχω πόνους στην ούρηση και ένα βράδυ μάλιστα ενώ ήθελα να κατουρήσω δεν έβγαινε ούτε σταγόνα (μετά κατούρησα), υπάρχει περίπτωση να έχω πρόβλημα με τον προστάτη; ... Επίσης, όταν κάποιος έχει φίμωση και κάνει επέμβαση, υπάρχει περίπτωση να ξαναπάθει μετά από χρόνια φίμωση;
