Πονάει η βάλανος και υπάρχουν ουλές μετά από περιτομή, φυσιολογικό;

Πριν ένα χρόνο στα 17 μου(τώρα είμαι 18) έκανα χειρουργική επέμβαση περιτομή,ακόμα υπάρχουν ουλές εκεί που ήταν τα ράμματα και πέρα από αυτό,όταν είμαι σε στύση με πονάει η κίνηση προς τα κάτω για λίγο και μετά δεν πονάω και επίσης με πονάει και είναι την ίδια χρονική στιγμή όταν ακουμπάω την βάλανο με πονάει,φυσιολογικό?
