Μαύρο σφαιρίδιο στην ακροποσθία: αιτίες και συμβουλές πριν τον ουρολόγο
Καλημέρα σας, διαπίστωσα πριν λίγες μέρες την ύπαρξη ενός μικρού σχεδόν μαύρου σφαιριδίου στο εσωτερικό της ακροποσθίας. Είναι συμπαγές, σφαιρικό, σχετικά σκληρό με μέγεθος ~1,5mm. (σαν μικρό «σκάγι» από κυνηγετικό όπλο) το οποίο είναι πλήρως ορατό όταν τραβήξω την ακροποσθία κάτω και αποκαλύψω την εσωτερική πλευρά της ενώ όταν τραβώ το τμήμα του εσωτερικού «δέρματος» της ακροποσθίας μακριά από το υποκείμενο σώμα του πέους είναι σαφές ότι βρίσκεται εντός αυτής. Επίσης πρέπει να πω ότι είναι ανεπτυγμένο κατά μήκος μικρού αιμοφόρου αγγείου (φαίνεται σαν να είναι μέσα στο αγγείο) ενώ από την μια πλευρά το αγγείο συσσωρεύει λίγο αίμα (πλευρά προς το σώμα όχι προς την βάλανο) που δημιουργεί εικόνα δεύτερου σφαιριδίου. Θα μπορούσε να πει κανείς ότι έχω δύο «σκάγια» μέσα σε ένα αγγείο στο εσωτερικό της ακροποσθίας. Μπορείτε παρακαλώ να μου δώσετε κάποια αρχική εκτίμηση ή συμβουλή πριν την επίσκεψη σε ουρολόγο?
