Χοληστερίνη 172, Lpa 71,1: Να ξεκινήσω στατίνες στα 41;

Είμαι γυναίκα 41 ετών και οι εξετάσεις αίματος έδειξαν χοληστερίνη 172, HDL 64, LDL 101 και Lpa 71,1. Η καρδιολόγος, λόγω της αυξημένης Lpa, μου πρότεινε να ξεκινήσω στατίνες, ο παθολόγος όμως μου είπε ότι είναι μια χαρά οι εξετάσεις και να μην κάνω τίποτα. Θα ήθελα την άποψή σας, ευχαριστώ
