Καλή χοληστερίνη 35, κακή 70, ολική 120 με νέο φάρμακο, είναι καλές τιμές;

Καλησπέρα. Έχω καλή χοληστερίνη 35, κακη 70 και ολική 120. Αυτό έγινε με αλλαγή φαρμάκου.. Διότι χρόνια έπαιρνα ένα άλλο και δεν είχα καλά αποτελέσματα. Πώς τις βλέπετε τις τιμές? Είναι καλές ή δεν πρέπει να είναι τόσο χαμηλή η ολική? Ευχαριστώ πολύ για την βοήθεια..

  • Καλησπέρα! Εξαρτάται από το ιστορικό σας, για παράδειγμα, αν έχετε ιστορικό στεφανιαίας νόσου ο στόχος της κακής (LDL) χοληστερόλης είναι <55. Εάν έχετε ελεύθερο ιστορικό ίσως μπορεί να γίνει τροποποίηση της δόσης. Σε καθε περιπτωση χρειάζετα δια ζώσης εκτίμηση της περίπτωσης σας.
