Καλησπέρα! Οι εξετάσεις μου από το πρόγραμμα προλαμβάνω έδειξαν χοληστερόλη ολική 215, non HDL 149, LDL 128, λιποπρωτεΐνη 63. Να σημειώσω πως με τις χοληστερίνες δεν είχα ποτέ θέμα, γέννησα πριν 3 μήνες, είμαι 34 ετών, μη καπνίστρια, και με το θηλασμό τρώω πολύ. Έχω ιστορικό στην οικογένεια από καρδιά. Είναι πολύ επικίνδυνες οι τιμές αυτές;
