Τι να κάνω αν οι αιματολογικές δεν συγκρίνονται λόγω μεγάλου εμβρύου;
Καλημέρα σας, είμαι 33 χρονών και έκανα την αυχενική διαφάνεια στις 14 εβδομάδες και 1 ημέρα αλλά το μήκος του παιδιού είναι για 14 εβδομάδων και 6. Η αυχενική διαφάνεια έχει τιμές καρδιακή συχνότητα 145 παλμούς το λεπτό. Κεφαλουραίο μήκος 89,08mm. Αυχενική διαφάνεια 2,40mm, D1 26,9mm, D2 27.7mm, A 5.85 cm2 αλλά επειδή ήταν μεγάλο το μωρό δεν μπορούν να βγάλουν τις αιματολογικές σωστά και να τις συγκρίνουν τι μου προτείνετε να κάνω; Εάν και στον υπέρηχο ο γιατρός που την πραγματοποίησε είπε ότι σύμφωνα με το μέγεθος του παιδιού είναι φυσιολογικές οι τιμές!

Οι μετρήσεις που έγιναν στον υπέρηχο είναι μεν φυσιολογικές, αλλά όπως καταλάβατε επειδή το μωρό ήταν λίγο πιο μεγάλο δεν μπορεί να βγει σωστά το αποτέλεσμα σε συνδυασμό με τις αιματολογικές εξετάσεις. Δεν χρειάζεται φυσικά να ανησυχείτε. Εαν θέλετε να έχετε παραπάνω πληροφορίες μπορείτε να κάνετε τώρα ένα NIPT τεστ αίματος, που δίνει πιο αξιόπιστες πληροφορίες για τις χρωμοσωμικές ανωμαλίες.
