Αυχεναλγία και κολάρο: Πόσες ώρες να το φοράω και στον ύπνο;

Καλησπέρα σας, Εδώ και 15 ημέρες έχω αυχεναλγία, μυϊκή αδυναμία λόγω έξαρσης από τις κήλες του αυχένα πήγα στο ΚΑΤ και μου είπαν να βάλω κολάρο. Επίσης έχω ξεκινήσει και ήπιες ασκήσεις σε πισίνα. Το κολάρο ειδικά οι νευροχειρουργοί λένε ότι δεν κάνει. Τι να κάνω και πόσες ώρες να το φοράω πρέπει και στον ύπνο; Ευχαριστώ εκ των προτέρων

    Στον ύπνο δε χρειάζεται, φορέσετε το λίγες ώρες τη μέρα για να "αναπαυετε" το κεφάλι σας
