Hi I have a sharp pain in the tip of my right shoulder which happens only when I am sleeping. Only if i sleep on the other side it goes away. When I turn again on my right side it is a sharp pain like a knife. During the day my shoulder is more than fine, and I can move it normally.
Hi maybe there is a tendinopathy the symptoms sows that , I should suggest conservative therapy including physical therapy , sharp pain is a pain of neuro muskolokeletal syndrome
