Έχω κολπική μαρμαρυγή και παίρνω Flecainide με Eliquis, πρέπει να αλλάξω φάρμακα;

Έχω κολπική μαρμαρυγή. Η αγωγή που παίρνω είναι FLECARYTHM (δραστική ουσία Flecainide Acetate) και Eliquis 2,5 mg (δραστική ουσία apixaban) Πριν λίγες ημέρες είχα πάλι κάποιο επεισόδιο. Μήπως πρέπει να αλλάξω φάρμακα;

  • Όχι,απλά να δεις αν πρέπει να παίρνεις μισή δοση Eliquis οπως τωρα ή να παίρνεις την κανονικη δοση των 5mg και αν χρειάζεται να προσθέσεις και ένα β-αναστολεα
