Όταν υπάρχει σχεδόν ολική ρήξη ορθού μηριαίου μυός , περίπου 85% και υπάρχει και το ανάλογο κενό στο πόδι... γίνεται συρραφή του μυός ενώ έχουν περάσει 5 χρόνια ή δεν έχει νόημα το χειρουργείο πλέον; θα είχε επιτυχία ένα τέτοιο χειρουργείο;
