Είναι φυσιολογικές οι παρενέργειες από μείωση enlift στα 10mg;
Καλησπέρα. Ξεκίνησα αγωγή με το enlift πριν τέσσερις μήνες. Είναι η τέταρτη μέρα που το μειώσαμε στα 10mg γιατί τα 15 και τα 20mg μου έκαναν πολλές παρενέργειες. Την πρώτη μέρα της μείωσης είχα λίγο πονοκέφαλο, την τρίτη μέρα ήπια ζαλάδα και σήμερα είχα ταχυκαρδία και εφίδρωση σαν κρίση πανικού αλλά πέρασε γρήγορα. Είναι από τη μείωση του χαπιού ή επειδή ότι μπορεί να μην με βοηθάει το φάρμακο?

Τα συμπτώματα που περιγράφετε (πονοκέφαλος, ζαλάδα, ταχυκαρδία, εφίδρωση) μπορεί να σχετίζονται με τη μείωση της δόσης του φαρμάκου, καθώς ο οργανισμός χρειάζεται χρόνο για να προσαρμοστεί στις αλλαγές. Ιδίως τις πρώτες ημέρες, είναι σύνηθες να εμφανίζονται ήπια σωματικά ή και αγχώδη συμπτώματα.
Ωστόσο, υπάρχει και η πιθανότητα τα συμπτώματα να σχετίζονται με την υποκείμενη αιτία για την οποία ξεκινήσατε την αγωγή, ιδίως αν η νέα δόση δεν καλύπτει επαρκώς τις ανάγκες σας. Δεν σημαίνει απαραίτητα ότι "δεν σας βοηθάει", αλλά ότι ίσως χρειάζεται αναπροσαρμογή ή περισσότερος χρόνος.
