Αντικατάσταση αορτικής βαλβίδας σε 66χρονο με γαστρορραγία και έλκος
Καλησπέρα !!! Ο πατέρας μου χρειάζεται αντικατάσταση αορτικής βαλβίδας έχει σοβαρή στένωση , η ηλικία του, είναι 66 , μετά από επίσκεψη σε γιατρούς μου είπαν ότι λόγω ηλικίας θα πρέπει να κάνει τη μεταλλική βαλβίδα .. για να κάνουμε την άλλη μέθοδο θα πρέπει να περάσει από μια επιτροπή.. αλλά λόγω ηλικίας δεν θα περάσει... Επειδή συνήθως γίνεται σε μεγαλύτερους ασθενείς... Για να μην σας ζαλίζω ο πατέρας μου έχει πάθει 4 φορές γαστρορραγία συν ότι έχει έλκος... Και που θέλω να καταλήξω μήπως αυτό είναι λόγος να απαγορευτεί η εγχείρηση ανοιχτής καρδιάς λόγω αυξημένου κινδύνου? Είναι λόγος να περάσει την επιτροπή!????????

Έχω θα έλεγα το αντίθετο.Μπορει να είναι σχετικά νέος για βιολογική βαλβιδα αλλά μην ξεχνάμε το γεγονός πως αν βάλει μεταλλική θα πρέπει εφ όρου ζωης να παίρνει αντιπηκτικα(sintrom) άνθρωπο με 4 γαστρορραγιες
