Στα πλαίσια της ειδίκευσής της, εργάστηκε στο ΓΝΑ Αλεξάνδρα, στο ΓΝΑ Γ. Γεννηματάς και στο Γ.Ν.Ν.Ι Κωνσταντοπούλειο-Αγ.Όλγα, κατακτώντας σημαντική εμπειρία στην παρακολούθηση κυήσεων, διαχείριση γυναικολογικών παθήσεων και διενέργεια απαιτητικών χειρουργικών επεμβάσεων.

Κατέχει επίσης Πιστοποιητικό Μετεκπαίδευσης στις Παθήσεις Μαστού από το ΓΝΑ Αλεξάνδρα αλλά και πλήθος πιστοποιητικών παρακολούθησης σεμιναρίων με αντικείμενα την Κολποσκόπηση, την Παθολογία Κόλπου-Αιδοίου-Τραχήλου και την Γυναικολογική Ενδοσκοπική Χειρουργική.

Ο Δρ. Ιωαννίδης Γεώργιος είναι Μαιευτήρας - Χειρουργός Γυναικολόγος με 20ετή εμπειρία και ειδίκευση τη διερεύνηση της υπογονιμότητας, την Υποβοηθούμενη Αναπαραγωγή και Εξωσωματική Γονιμοποίηση καθώς και την Αναπαραγωγική Λαπαροσκοπική -Υστεροσκοπική Χειρουργική. Εκατοντάδες παιδιά έχουν γεννηθεί μέχρι σήμερα στην Ελλάδα και την Μεγάλη Βρετανία από τον ίδιο μετά από κύκλους εξωσωματικής γονιμοποίησης που πραγματοποίησε.
