Panagiotis Roukanas is a Vascular Surgeon - Angiologist and maintains his private practice in Nea Smyrni. Grimpampi Despoina is a Hematologist and maintains private clinics in Spata, Marousi, and Vyronas. She is a graduate of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and completed her specialization in Hematology at the First Propaedeutic Internal Medicine Clinic of the General Hospital of Athens "Laiko," where she also specialized in lymphoma. Additionally, she has gained extensive experience in the management of both malignant and non-malignant hematologic disorders, including the investigation of anemias and other blood cytopenias, treatment of myeloproliferative syndromes, as well as lymphoproliferative diseases such as Hodgkin and non-Hodgkin lymphomas and chronic leukemias. Concurrently, she deals with the management of blood coagulation disorders, regulation of anticoagulant therapy, and monitoring of thrombophilic women requiring anticoagulation during pregnancy. Furthermore, she worked for 16 years as a Senior Registrar at the Errikos Dynan Hospital and currently serves as the Scientific Head of Hematology and the Immunology Laboratory at the private hospital "Mitera." Lastly, she is a member of the Hellenic and European Hematology Societies and participates annually in international scientific conferences concerning updates on the latest developments in Hematology.
