Εκείνο που καθορίζει τη τύχη των ανθρώπων στη εργασία τους είναι πρωτίστως η προσωπικότητα τους και οι επιλογές τους. Οι παραπάνω εργασιακές εμπειρίες της και τα ερωτήματα που προκύπτουν τόσο από την φροντίδα των παιδιών με ειδικές ικανότητες όσο και από τον κόσμο της εργασίας με οδήγησαν στην απόφαση να σπουδάσει Ψυχολογία. Ολοκλήρωσε τις σπουδές της στο Τμήμα Ψυχολογίας του Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών με Άριστα. Το Άριστα σηματοδοτεί το αμέριστο ενδιαφέρον μου για τον άνθρωπο και το προσωπικό κόπο μου να εξερευνήσω και να ανακαλύψω τι μας καθορίζει, τι μπορούμε να κάνουμε, τι μπορούμε να αλλάξουμε, πως μπορούμε να υπάρχουμε με νόημα. Παράλληλα με τις σπουδές της στο Πανεπιστήμιο ξεκίνησε ένα κύκλο εκπαίδευσης στη Διαγνωστική Ψυχολογία σε ανοικτό κέντρο νοσηλείας. Πραγματοποίησε την πρακτική της άσκηση στο Ψυχιατρικό Νοσοκομείο Αθηνών Δρομοκαϊτειο. Συμμετείχε για τρία χρόνια σε ομαδικά προγράμματα ψυχοθεραπείας. Ολοκλήρωσε τετραετή κύκλο σπουδών στη Συνθετική ψυχοθεραπεία και είναι Ιδρυτικό μέλος της Εταιρείας Συνθετικής ψυχοθεραπείας στην Ελλάδα.
