Παράλληλα, έχει ολοκληρώσει σπουδές στην Ανωτάτη Σχολή Καλών Τεχνών Ιωαννίνων, συνδυάζοντας την επιστημονική κατάρτιση με την αισθητική ματιά. Διατηρεί ιατρείο στα Ιωάννινα από το 2025, στην περιοχή ΙΚΑ Ιωαννίνων, επί της οδού Παύλου Μελά 16-18. Ο χώρος βρίσκεται στο ισόγειο για να εξασφαλίζεται εύκολη πρόσβαση από ασθενείς όλων των ηλικιών και ΑΜΕΑ.

O Μαργαρίτης Σπυρίδων είναι Χειρουργός Οδοντίατρος στην πόλη της Καλαμάτας με έδρα το ιδιωτικό του ιατρείο που βρίσκεται στην Πλατεία Βασιλέως Γεωργίου 24. Είναι απόφοιτος της οδοντιατρικής σχολής του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης με προϋπηρεσία στο 401 Γενικό Στρατιωτικό Νοσοκομείο Αθηνών κατά τη διάρκεια της στρατιωτικής του θητείας.
