He is an official trainer of the MAKO Robotic System and the minimally invasive technique “SuperPath” in Europe for Hip and Knee Arthroplasties and has trained over 450 surgeons from Europe and beyond in more than 45 educational courses. He graduated from the Medical School of the University of Ioannina and is a Consultant - Head Orthopedic Surgeon at Coventry and Warwick University Hospital in the United Kingdom and a member of the British Royal College of Surgeons. He specialized and received further training in the United Kingdom in hip and knee surgeries. Additionally, he completed further training in the minimally invasive hip technique, "SuperPath®", in the United States and subsequently performed the first surgery in Europe and the United Kingdom of a total hip arthroplasty using the "SuperPath®" technique in 2014. Nikolas Bourganos is an Orthopedic Surgeon-Traumatologist at Children's Orthopedic Clinic of Athens Pediatric Center. He is also an external associate of General Orthopedics at Athens Medical Center. Ο Κουράτορας Αλέξανδρος, επιστημονικός υπεύθυνος του Motion Lab, είναι απόφοιτος του Τμήματος Φυσικοθεραπείας του ΤΕΙ Στερεάς Ελλάδας (νυν Πανεπιστήμιο Θεσσαλίας) με πολυετή εμπειρία στον χώρο της αποκατάστασης και της λειτουργικής επανεκπαίδευσης. Ξεκίνησε την επαγγελματική του πορεία σε κέντρα αποκατάστασης, όπου ασχολήθηκε κυρίως με τη μετεγχειρητική αποκατάσταση και την επαναφορά της λειτουργικής κινητικότητας ασθενών συμβάλλοντας ουσιαστικά στη βελτίωση της ποιότητας ζωής τους. Στη συνέχεια, ανέλαβε θέση επιστημονικού υπευθύνου σε φυσικοθεραπευτήριο για διάστημα δύο ετών με κύριο αντικείμενο την αξιολόγηση και αποκατάσταση αθλητών καθώς και τη διαχείριση μυοσκελετικών παθήσεων στον ενήλικο πληθυσμό. Έχει σημαντική εμπειρία στον χώρο του αθλητισμού, έχοντας συνεργαστεί με αθλητικά σωματεία, κυρίως ποδοσφαιρικές ομάδες, παρέχοντας υποστήριξη τόσο εντός γηπέδου όσο και κατά τη διαδικασία αποκατάστασης τραυματισμών. Dr. Sarantis Mixalis, MD, MSc, PhDc, is a Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon with a private practice in Psychiko. He also serves as a Consultant in the Orthopedic Clinic and Sports Injuries Unit at Metropolitan Hospital. He has extensive experience, having specialized at the General Children's Hospital "Agia Sofia" and the 4th Orthopedic Clinic of G.N.A.
