Η Βαλσαμή Φλώρα, BSc, είναι Φυσικοθεραπεύτρια με εξειδίκευση και πολυετή εμπειρία στην αποκατάσταση μυοσκελετικών αλλά και νευρολογικών προβλημάτων, προσφέροντας ολοκληρωμένες λύσεις που ανταποκρίνονται στις εξατομικευμένες ανάγκες κάθε ασθενούς. Διαθέτει εμπειρία στην εφαρμογή τεχνικών για trigger points, ενώ δίνει έμφαση στην ανακούφιση του πόνου, τη βελτίωση της λειτουργικότητας και την ενίσχυση της γενικότερης ευεξίας.
Επιπλέον, ενσωματώνει στην πρακτική της ομαδικά προγράμματα Clinical Pilates (2-4 άτομα) καθώς και εξατομικευμένα προγράμματα θεραπευτικής άσκησης, τα οποία σχεδιάζει με βάση τις ανάγκες και τους στόχους του κάθε ατόμου, ακολουθώντας μια ολιστική και επιστημονικά τεκμηριωμένη προσέγγιση.
