Ο Πλούταρχος Τζούλης, Ενδοκρινολόγος – Διαβητολόγος, είναι επίτιμος Αναπληρωτής Καθηγητής Ενδοκρινολογίας στην Ιατρική Σχολή του UCL (University College London). Έλαβε τον ιδιαιτέρως τιμητικό τίτλο του FRCP (Lon) από το Βασιλικό Κολλέγιο των Παθολόγων το 2022 σε αναγνώριση της 18ετούς συμβολής του στην πρόοδο της ιατρικής επιστήμης μέσω της κλινικής και ερευνητικής του δραστηριότητας στη Μεγάλη Βρετανία. Αποφοίτησε με βαθμό ¨ Άριστα ¨από την Ιατρική Σχολή Αθηνών του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών και κατέχει τον Τίτλο Ειδικότητας Ορθοπαιδικής και Τραυματολογίας από τον Ιανουάριο 2023 (ΠΙΣ). Η κλινική της εμπειρία περιλαμβάνει πολυετή εκπαίδευση και υπηρεσία σε Ορθοπαιδικές Κλινικές μεγάλων νοσoκομείων , όπως του Ναυτικού Νοσοκομείου Αθηνών και του Γ.Ν.Α ΚΑΤ, καθώς και η Παιδοορθοπαιδική Κλινική του Γεν.Νοσοκομείου Παίδων Πεντέλης.
