Ο Μέγας Βασίλειος είναι απόφοιτος της Οδοντιατρικής Σχολής του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης και της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Έχει μετεκπαιδευτεί στο Πανεπιστήμιο της Νέας Υόρκης, στο Πανεπιστήμιο του Μάντσεστερ και στο Πανεπιστήμιο της Γλασκώβης. Κατέχει επίσης την ειδικότητα της Ωτορινολαρυγγολογίας.

Ο Μέγας Λάμπρος είναι Χειρουργός Οδοντίατρος με εξειδίκευση στη Στοματική Χειρουργική, την Εμφυτευματολογία και την Προσθετική Αποκατάσταση, με σημαντική κλινική και ακαδημαϊκή εμπειρία σε Ελλάδα και Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο. Έχει ολοκληρώσει 3ετείς μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές (MClinDent) στη Στοματική Χειρουργική στο Eastman Dental Institute του Λονδίνου με διάκριση, ενώ κατέχει και το Δίπλωμα Membership in Oral Surgery of the Royal College of Surgeons of England. Mpotsis Orestis Kai Theofilopoulou Tzina is a Prosthodontist and the Scientific Director of his private dental clinic myDentist, located in the center of Athens.
