Ο Κουράτορας Αλέξανδρος, επιστημονικός υπεύθυνος του Motion Lab, είναι απόφοιτος του Τμήματος Φυσικοθεραπείας του ΤΕΙ Στερεάς Ελλάδας (νυν Πανεπιστήμιο Θεσσαλίας) με πολυετή εμπειρία στον χώρο της αποκατάστασης και της λειτουργικής επανεκπαίδευσης. Ξεκίνησε την επαγγελματική του πορεία σε κέντρα αποκατάστασης, όπου ασχολήθηκε κυρίως με τη μετεγχειρητική αποκατάσταση και την επαναφορά της λειτουργικής κινητικότητας ασθενών συμβάλλοντας ουσιαστικά στη βελτίωση της ποιότητας ζωής τους. Στη συνέχεια, ανέλαβε θέση επιστημονικού υπευθύνου σε φυσικοθεραπευτήριο για διάστημα δύο ετών με κύριο αντικείμενο την αξιολόγηση και αποκατάσταση αθλητών καθώς και τη διαχείριση μυοσκελετικών παθήσεων στον ενήλικο πληθυσμό. Έχει σημαντική εμπειρία στον χώρο του αθλητισμού, έχοντας συνεργαστεί με αθλητικά σωματεία, κυρίως ποδοσφαιρικές ομάδες, παρέχοντας υποστήριξη τόσο εντός γηπέδου όσο και κατά τη διαδικασία αποκατάστασης τραυματισμών. PHYSIOSTEPS - Karydis Nikolaos is a modern physiotherapy center located in Nea Kifisia, founded and scientifically directed by Physiotherapist Nikolaos Karydis. His involvement in sports as a member of the National Equestrian Team highlighted both the necessity of injury prevention and the comprehensive rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries. Όντας τελειόφοιτος Διδάκτωρ το 2019 εξετάστηκε στις Πανελλήνιες εξετάσεις για την εισαγωγή στην Τριτοβάθμια εκπαίδευση και εισήχθη στο τμήμα της Ιατρικής Σχολής Αθηνών ΕΚΠΑ (βαθμολογία 19,6). Το Νοέμβριο του 2023 ολοκλήρωσε τη διδακτορική του διατριβή και ορκίστηκε Διδάκτωρ του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Έχει 18 δημοσιεύσεις σε περιοδικά και συνέδρια, έχει συμμετάσχει σε 11 σεμινάρια, έχει συμμετάσχει σε περισσότερα από 27 συνέδρια και έχει αναλάβει περισσότερα από 11.000 περιστατικά. Ο κ.
