Sarantos Konstantinos MD, FRCS, is the Director of the 7th Orthopedic Clinic at YGEIA Hospital and maintains private practices in central Athens, Marousi, and Kranidi. He is an official trainer of the MAKO Robotic System and the minimally invasive technique “SuperPath” in Europe for Hip and Knee Arthroplasties and has trained over 450 surgeons from Europe and beyond in more than 45 educational courses. He graduated from the Medical School of the University of Ioannina and is a Consultant - Head Orthopedic Surgeon at Coventry and Warwick University Hospital in the United Kingdom and a member of the British Royal College of Surgeons. Gatos Giorgos, MD, MSc, is an Orthopedic Surgeon - Sports Medicine Specialist with expertise in Arthroscopic and Open Shoulder and Knee Surgery, Sports Injuries, Reconstructive Surgery, and modern combined Biological therapies. Ο Λεωνίδου Ανδρέας PGDip, MSc, PhD, FACS, FRCS (Tr&Orth) είναι Ορθοπαιδικός Xειρουργός - Τραυματολόγος και Διδάκτωρ στο Αριστοτέλειο Πανεπιστήμιο Θεσσαλονίκης με ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στο Μαρούσι. Παράλληλα, διατελεί Διευθυντής στο Ιατρικό Κέντρο Αθηνών στο Μαρούσι. Dr. Giannakos Athanasios-Rene S. is specialized in arthroscopic surgery of sports-related knee and shoulder injuries, as well as in M.I.S. Fast Track total knee and hip arthroplasty. He initiated and completed his Orthopedic Surgery and Traumatology residency at the University General Hospital of Larissa in the Orthopedic Clinic Department under the direction of Professor K.N. Malizos. He is a PhD candidate at the Medical School of the University of Thessaly. During the final year of his residency, he trained in shoulder and knee arthroscopic surgery at the Minimal Access Surgery Unit of the I.R.C.C.S. GSD Hospital, Milan, Italy, under Professor and Director Prof. Pietro Randelli. He also trained in M.I.S. Fast Track total hip and knee arthroplasty and arthroscopic surgery at the Luganese Hospital, Lugano, Switzerland, under Professor and Director Prof. Mateo Denti. Immediately after obtaining his specialty certification, he was appointed as a permanent consultant at the Minimal Access Surgery Unit of the I.R.C.C.S. GSD Hospital, Milan, Italy, under Professor and Director Prof. Pietro Randelli. He began his Sports Medicine specialty at the University Hospital Catanzaro, Italy, following entrance exams, holding a salaried position and scholarship from the E.U., under the direction of Professor Pietro Scotto di Vettimo. During the first year of the specialty, he trained at the University Hospital Chieti, Italy, in the Sports Medicine Department under the direction of Professor Leonardo Vecchiet.
