Ο Κωνσταντίνος Μπαρμπαγιάννης είναι Ορθοπαιδικός Χειρουργός - Τραυματιολόγος - Αθλητίατρος , απόφοιτος της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης και της Στρατιωτικής Σχολής Αξιωματικών Σωμάτων (ΣΣΑΣ). Ιδιαίτερο αντικείμενο παράλληλης μετεκπαίδευσης του για χρονικό διάστημα 3 ετών αποτέλεσε η χειρουργική ώμου και αγκώνος, σε εξειδικευμένα κέντρα του Λονδίνου (RNOH and Spire Bushey Shoulder and Elbow Unit).
