Following this, Dr. Pessax worked for several years in Greece as an Academic Fellow at the University of Athens, while also serving as a scientific collaborator at the European University Cyprus. Currently, Dr. Pessax is an Associate Professor of Hematology, practices privately in Athens, is a Hematologist at the Athens Medical Center, and regularly continues to practice medicine in the United Kingdom and Belgium as a specialist Hematologist.
