Είναι πτυχιούχος της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Dr. Ioannis Kotrotsos is an Otolaryngologist (ENT Surgeon) specializing in Phoniatrics and Pediatric Audiology, having acquired significant clinical experience and training in Germany. Additionally, he holds a Doctorate from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He completed his otolaryngology residency at the General Hospital of Thessaloniki "G. Gennimatas." He is a specialized otolaryngologist surgeon for adults and children with experience in nasal and paranasal sinus disorders (allergic rhinitis, nasal septal deviation, inferior turbinate hypertrophy, chronic sinusitis, nasal polyps), pediatric ENT conditions (adenoid hypertrophy, tonsillar hypertrophy, persistent otitis media with effusion, rhinitis), and disorders of the larynx and vocal cords. In his private practice, he offers comprehensive services covering the entire spectrum of otolaryngology, including nasal, nasopharyngeal, and laryngeal endoscopy; ear examination with microscopy; hearing and hearing loss evaluation via audiometry and tympanometry; vertigo assessment and treatment; tinnitus evaluation; assessment of tonsils and adenoids in children; nasal airway examination using nasal rhinometry; screening for snoring and sleep apnea; management of upper respiratory tract infections; and performing a variety of minor surgical procedures. To date, he remains a Scientific Collaborator of the University Otolaryngology Clinic at the AHEPA University General Hospital and actively participates in the operation of the clinic’s specialized outpatient unit for "Rhinology, Allergic Rhinitis, and Olfactory Disorders."
